EXTRA POINTS: Nick became the first four-time All Mid-American Conference player in Toledo history and only the fourth ever in conference annals. Nick is a native of Brantford, Ontario, also home to hockey Hall of Famer Wayne Gretzky. For eight years as a youngster, Nick was a defenseman in his town's hockey league before switching to football. Nick was drafted by the Toronto Argonauts in the first round (ninth overall) of the 2005 CFL Draft. Brantford Bisons- Nick was the anchor for for the 1999 OVFL Bisons O-line and was a major factor in taking that team to the OVFL championship game, the Varsity Bowl.
