In the event that a player quits or is asked to leave a team after being equipped but before the regular season starts, they will receive a full refund less the $60.00 (administration and insurance).  NO refund will be issued after the season begins. The first game is the designated start of the season. If the player is released by the team after the season starts, they will be entitled to a refund less $200.00 (administration / insurance / player’s package). If a player is asked to leave the team as a result of disciplinary action, there will be no refund issued.   If the player quits as a result of an injury, any potential refund will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the BDFC.  Injury refunds must be validated with a doctor’s note. All refunds will be issued only after equipment has been returned.
